DELIVERY TIME

As soon as you complete your purchase on our website, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. After the 1-2 processing time, we will prepare your order for shipment. The delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days, within Europe 4-7 working days. For anywhere outside of EU, it usually takes 5-10 working days. The time varies by destination and the postage service company.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

For countries outside of the EU, customs duties may apply and if any customs fee occur, the fees are borne by the buyer.

SHIPPING METHOD

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive another e-mail with the shipping method and the track&trace code. Once the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for tracking their order with their track&trace number.
