Return Policy


You can pay for your online order through PayPal, iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express or Maestro. 



As soon as you complete your purchase on our website, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. After the 1-2 processing time, we will prepare your order for shipment. The delivery time for orders within the Netherlands is 1-2 working days, within Europe 4-7 working days. For anywhere outside of EU, it usually takes 5-10 working days. The time varies by destination.



For countries outside of the EU, customs duties may apply and if any customs fee occur, the fees are borne by the buyer.



As soon as we ship your order, you will receive another e-mail with the shipping method and the track&trace code. Once the order is shipped, the customer is responsible for tracking their order with their track&trace number.

In case you receive a damaged package or goods, please send us an e-mail with your order number and photo of the goods/package to and we will get back to you to sort out the issue.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days after delivery date. In this case, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
